Delete your account

TrueClean – Laundry Specialist app

You can ask us to delete your TrueClean – Laundry Specialist account and the personal data linked to it at any time. You can do this from the app or without the app.

Option 1: From the app

  1. Open the TrueClean – Laundry Specialist app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Request account deletion and confirm.

Option 2: Without the app

Send an email to contact@truecleanlaundry.in with the subject "Account deletion request" and include:

  • The mobile number registered with your account
  • Your name
  • Optionally, the reason for leaving

You can also call us on +91 8265000165. We may contact you on your registered mobile number to confirm the request.

What happens next

We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. Any pending orders should be completed or cancelled first.

Data that is deleted

  • Your account and profile (name, mobile number, email)
  • Saved addresses and location details
  • Notification tokens and app preferences

Data that may be kept

Order, invoice and payment records may be retained for up to 8 years where required by Indian tax and accounting laws. These records are kept securely, are not used for marketing, and are deleted once the retention period ends.
